Fees:

Fees are based on time spent and therefore depend on the nature and complexity of the services required. The current hourly rate is £65. This is reviewed annually. Disbursements are charged at 3% of the total fee, and cover postage and other incidentals. Should La Belle Vie’s representative be required to travel to France / UK for meetings, travel and accommodation expenses will be recharged to the client in their entirety. Courier charges will also be recharged in their entirety.

Engagement Procedure:

In order to become a client of La Belle Vie, and in accordance with normal professional practice, the following steps must be fulfilled:

·         Complete a New Client Questionnaire

·        Provide (i) a certified true copy of your passport and (ii) a certified true copy of a recent (under three months old) utility bill

·          Return a signed engagement letter
